The Story
From Curiosity to Conviction
Chandra's journey began with a simple but relentless question: What is the value inherent in a system? What is right and what is wrong - What we desire or that which is logically correct? How to build more enduring value, and leave a more positive mark on the world?
That question led to decades of study and work — Work in technology, engineering and management with supporting studies across philosophy, economics, strategy, and the behavioural sciences. What emerged was not a single answer, but a systemic framework: one grounded in intellectual integrity, guided by universal principles, and expressed through purposeful action.
Today, Chandra's Teaching & Consulting brings that framework to individuals and organisations who are ready to think more clearly, act more deliberately, and build something that lasts.

Saurabh's teaching began long before any formal title — as an IIT Roorkee graduate in Civil & Structural Engineering, peers sought him out for tutorials, a habit of making the complex clear that never left him. Over a 28+ year career at Tata Consultancy Services, he taught by doing: mentoring engineers and consultants, leading knowledge-transfer programmes, and building the intellectual capability of teams across India, Switzerland, and the United States. Today that instinct is formalised — delivering structured programmes on first-principles thinking, decision-making, and purposeful leadership for professionals and executive cohorts.
Consulting
A hands-on Software Engineering and Management Consultant with Tata Consultancy Services for over 28 years, Saurabh worked on critical engagements across India and internationally — including assignments in Switzerland and the USA. His consulting practice was never theoretical: he was in the room, solving real problems alongside clients, building systems, and shaping strategy under pressure. That depth of practitioner experience — across technology, operations, and organisational change — is the foundation of every advisory engagement today.
